Plant function and responses in mycorrhizal associations

Call for articles -Plant function and responses in mycorrhizal associations

Plant associations with mycorrhizal fungi are central to plant performance and adaptation across natural and managed systems.

This special issue will bring together research exploring plant–mycorrhiza interactions across levels of biological organization, from tissue and whole-plant processes to ecological and environmental contexts.

We welcome studies addressing how mycorrhizal associations influence plant growth, development, resource use, productivity, and responses to biotic and abiotic factors. Contributions may include experimental, mechanistic, physiological, and integrative approaches that advance understanding of the plant processes underlying symbiotic function.

This Special Issue originated from the International Conference on Mycorrhiza (ICOM) but is open to all researchers.

All submissions need to be sent via Wiley’s Research Exchange submission portal: wiley.atyponrex.com/journal/PPL.
