Plant Nutrition

We are looking for manuscripts improving our mechanistic understanding of plant nutrition processes, from fundamental studies to applied work in the field or natural habitats.
Manuscripts dealing with uptake, translocation and functional properties of mineral elements in the metabolism of higher plants are welcome. In addition, we welcome studies on plant-soil-environment interactions, including rhizosphere processes.
We also accept submissions exploring the role of mineral elements in plant stress resilience and adaptation to climate change. Studies dealing with improvements of nutrient-use efficiency, tolerance to element toxicity or phytoremediation are also encouraged.
