NEW SUBMISSION DEADLINE: April 2024
This special issue focuses on data resources and computation approaches for non-model organisms.
In the past decade, there has been a revolution in high throughput methods. This has liberated studies from the need to use model systems, as evidenced by the explosion in available genome assemblies, multi-omics and population genomics and phenomics data from an ever-expanding diversity of species.
Comprehensive, large-scale datasets addressing interesting biological questions have value beyond their initial focus.
We are seeking submissions of:
-novel data resources,
-computational approaches
-tools from non-model species
Research should address topics areas of Physiologia Plantarum and represent powerful resources for the community.
NOTE: All original articles should be submitted as resource articles. For more information about the format, click here.
Good to know:
-no publication fee and free to view for two months (from Issue compilation)
-if you want to write a minireview, send an abstract to Nathaniel Street before
